Our team is our family. Our mission is to contribute as a team to make genuine and positive differences for our client’s communication needs. Each of us contribute various skills and strengths and together we deliver quality work and customer service. We strive improve ourselves by continually learning and accepting new challenges.
Bobby studied advertising at Oklahoma State University and began his career in Stillwater selling advertising space for the Daily O’Collegian. Since graduating from OSU, Bobby continued working in advertising and in 2005 started The C3 Group.
As President of the agency, Bobby has worked with hundreds of clients in more than a dozen markets. In 2011 Bobby completed the 8a certification process and C3 was accepted into the program as a Native American-Owned business.
As a member of the Cherokee Nation, Bobby has been involved with helping other Native entrepreneurs, Native non-profits and tribal governments. Bobby has earned numerous awards in the Native community including 2011 Community Champion from the American Indian Chamber of Commerce and class of 2013 Native American 40 Under 40 from the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.
Recently Bobby has been selected for the 2016 SBA Emerging Leaders Program and currently oversees operations and serves as project manager on C3’s federal contracts.
Nicole graduated at Oklahoma State University with a B.S.B.A in Marketing and at OSU-IT with a A.A.S. in Multimedia Technology and Graphic Design. She began her career in Tulsa working in fields ranging from mobile app and UI design, web and graphic design, marketing, training, customer service, sales, and project management. Nicole has a certification of Project Management Fundamentals and believes in delivering excellence on all accounts.
As the Creative Director, Nicole combines her industry experience to manage the creative design control process and a team of creative personnel. Nicole works with C3 clients to discover their needs and ultimate goals for advertising and transforms them into objectives for her team. The C3 creative team develops and designs visual solutions that increase business and customer satisfaction.
Nicole enjoys participating in community and cultural events around Tulsa. She’s worked with Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, and Arvest Bank’s Hispanic Banking Group. Nicole is proud to be Puerto-Rican American and values the Hispanic and Latino communities of Tulsa.
Brandon graduated from the University of Arkansas with B.S.B.A in Financial Management. Brandon was one of the original owners of The C3 Group Advertising Agency in 2005. In 2015, Brandon took on other areas including government bids, media planning and H.R. and is now currently Director of Accounts. Brandon oversaw Gold & Silver Addy award projects for clients such as Fayetteville Public Library, Leche Lounge, and NW Health Systems.
Brandon has volunteered for various charities and events such as Children’s House, Susan G. Komen, and Samaritan Community Center-Snack Pack for Kids Program, since graduating from Leadership Fayetteville Class XX. Brandon was on the committee who helped create Leadership Link Program and oversaw the original program’s marketing design. Brandon also presided over the Fayetteville Arts Festival, Paint the Town Red, NWA Ad Fed Awards Banquet, and Dream Big projects
Brandon’s experience also includes work with Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, Microsoft & Tyson Foods. Brandon is very active in the Native Community and is currently taking part in Onaben’s Bridge To Success Indianprenership Program.
